Official Announcement
Newcomer Showcase participant information will be publicly announced on the Swingtime Ball official website starting August 27, 00:00. The eligibility feedback window closes on August 30, 23:59.
During the announcement period:
- If a participant's eligibility is questioned, participants have the right to provide clarification, file an appeal, or submit supporting documentation;
- Please keep an eye on your registration email so you don't miss important notices from the organizing team;
- If you need to adjust your partner, you may do so during the announcement period. The adjusted partner must also meet the Newcomer Showcase participation requirements and complete the eligibility review and public announcement.
After the announcement and feedback period ends at 23:59 on August 30, eligibility and pairings will be officially confirmed. No further partner changes or eligibility feedback will be accepted thereafter.
