Wangjing is a busy commercial and residential area with plenty of hotels, business hotels, and private accommodations. There are many options within 2–3 km of the venue, and public transportation in the area is very convenient.
We won't make too many specific recommendations here, so feel free to explore the options that best suit your needs.
As a general tip, booking early usually means better prices. If you have already booked your travel dates and are looking for good value, we recommend booking your accommodation in advance.

Nearest Subway Station: Wangjing East Station, Line 15 — approximately 10 minutes on foot.
⚠️ We do not recommend taking the airport express train and transferring to the subway, as this route requires multiple transfers and can take around 2 hours.
